Victor Quiroz - NSW ACT Americas Business and Operations Manager with 11 years’ diverse projects including an exceptional career in Sales - IT, Financial Services and Business Development for IT, Telco and Financial Industries. Through this time, Victor has also provided strong insights of financial and operational risk as well as planning and implementation of projects that reflect return of investment for stakeholders. His background is led by a major in Telecommunication Engineer with an MBA (IT and Telecommunication Management), his style as a leader, proactive, agile under pressure and managing multiple projects are pillars of his great value as mentor and advisor in day-to-day corporate and business culture. Sam Ponder - QLD NT APAC - SME, Business Start-Ups Water, Organic Agriculture and Agri Specialist Sam is an experienced executive coach and career manager. A former Managing Director of an international accreditation organisation based in Germany and CEO of Australia's Agriculture Chemical industry accreditation service. He has over 20 years’ in senior management roles in corporate, non government and the not-for-profit sectors. He has consulted at senior level Internationally with governments and NGO's alike, Federal, Sate and Local governments within Australia and has directed a broad range of governance and strategic activities including financial, Board and Director management, marketing, operations, IT and cloud Systems development, quality assurance and HR functions within organisations.
His former roles include Managing Director of Accreditation Services International GmbH based in Germany, General Manager of the National Association of Sustainable Agriculture Australia, a founding Director of the Water Stewardship Initiative and General Manager of Agsafe Limited. Carlo has a Bachelor of Education (Major Physical Education), 17 years’ experience in Telco and 12 years in hospitality management and is a Track & Field Coach – Level 2. He has been congratulated by various of his senior managers for being innovative in the conduct of business when faced with challenges and ability to consult with relevant and necessary stakeholders as required to ensure a quality outcome. He is an international presenter and trainer. He has presented at conferences in India, Canada, UAE; invited by the University of Putra and the Malaysian government to present 3 papers at the International C.A.R.E. Conference in 2006. This was as a result of the paper he gave at the International Education Community Conference in Beijing 2 years earlier. He was asked to speak on behalf of all Australian presenters at the concluding session of this conference.
He was nominated for award offered by the National Institute for Quality Teaching and School Leadership in 2005. He recently chaired the 2nd Annual Conference on Performance Management and recently honored by being recognized by the Stanford Who’s Who for his contribution to training and development in change management.
